YOUR ORDER
When ordering your products, we can con rm if the goods are in stock and give you details of when they’ll be delivered. We strongly advise that you do not con rm a start date with your installer until your goods have been delivered and have been checked.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, speci cations and prices are correct at the time of going to print. All speci cations are approximate and intended as a guide only. Whilst we make every e ort to reproduce the colours of the products correctly, slight variations may occur during the print and photography process.
All prices shown include VAT at the standard rate and exclude delivery charges. All prices and speci cations are subject to change without prior notice due to an inadvertent error
or events beyond our control, such as a change in VAT. The duration of this brochure is between 25th December and 31st January 2016. Prices are subject to change due to sales, promotions and o ers. Please check prices onsite before purchasing.

We take personal pride in the quality of our products. Every single item we sell is manufactured and supplied to the very highest standards. They undergo rigorous testing by our own quality control team and are only released for sale when we’re 100% satis ed. In fact, we’re so con dent in the quality of our bathroom products, we’ll happily guarantee each and every one you buy from us.
This extra cover is free of charge. Once you’ve completed your order, all you have to do to activate your guarantee is complete a quick and easy registration form. This will be sent to you by email 14 days after your products have been delivered. Tiles have a standard 1 year guarantee – this cannot be extended.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we o er a 30 day returns policy. Return your product to us and we’ll refund you.
After 30 days, you can exchange your product for another one up to 365 days after receiving it.* Simply call us on 0344 804 48 48 and we’ll arrange for either a prepaid returns label to be sent to you, or for a courier to collect the returned item(s). We’ll also be happy to arrange any alternative items to be sent to you. Before returning your items, please complete the returns section of your delivery note.
*Collection and redelivery fees apply. Please see the ‘Charges’ section. Applies to retail customers only. Trade customers please see the Trade website. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or installed
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Large orders (over 30kg) or fragile orders are delivered by our 2 person VIP delivery service. You can choose from the following options:
VIP SELECT
We believe that shopping at VictoriaPlum.com should make you feel like a VIP. Our
VIP Select service allows you to pick a delivery date that suits you.
Delivery will normally take place between 3 and 7 working days, and our 2 person delivery team will contact you on the morning of your delivery to con rm your estimated time slot, so no need to wait in all day.
Your items will be transported to you, specially packaged to prevent damage, and will be delivered by our very own 2 person team o ering a personalised service.
Unpack your items, and if you have any questions about your products or your order, our delivery team will help you out there and then. That’s what VIP service is all about.
Fast,  exible and with a friendly smile – our VIP Select service is the best around.
VIP EXPRESS
Need your items in a hurry? For a small, extra charge, we’ll deliver them to you as quickly as possible, with the same 2 person team and personalised service you would get with our VIP Select option.
VIP Express is available Tuesday – Saturday (except Bank Holidays) and you will receive your delivery within 2 working days, with next day delivery available in some cases.

Small orders (below 30kg) are delivered by either Royal Mail or a parcel courier, depending on size and weight.
Postal orders (Royal Mail) Standard – £3.99. Next day - £4.99
Small orders (Parcel Delivery) Standard – from £9.99. Parcel Express – from £12.99 Large orders (VIP Delivery) VIP Select – from £34.99. VIP Express – from £49.99
Reluctantly, due to the additional distance from our distribution centre and extra transportation costs involved, we have to charge an additional fee (on top of the standard delivery fee) when delivering to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

DAMAGED GOODS
Whilst all our products pass strict quality standards, on very rare occasions you may  nd an item arrives damaged.
Please make sure you inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and let us know within 30 days of receipt if an item is damaged, by calling us on 0344 804 48 48. Once the damage has been con rmed, we’ll ensure it’s replaced free of charge.
In the case of tiles, it is not unusual to have a small proportion of the tiles broken to some degree (e.g. chipped edges). These damaged tiles can be used for the cuts you will need to make. If you  nd an unacceptable proportion of your tiles are damaged please contact us on 0344 804 48 48.
CHARGES
We won’t charge you a restocking fee for returning your products, but you will be required to pay the transportation costs associated with the return. This will depend on the size, weight and type of item(s) being returned. However, if you exchange a product, your old item can be collected by our courier as your new item is being delivered. This means you won’t have to pay the costs associated with the return, although you will still have to pay the delivery cost for your new item.
Small, non-fragile items below 30kg in weight - if the item(s) being returned is/are non- fragile and below 30kg in weight, you can send via Royal Mail parcel service to the address below and pay the cost of the return directly to Royal Mail. OR, if you wish, we can arrange for a collection, or send you a prepaid postage label. The charge for this will be £9.99.
Large items, above 30kg in weight or fragile items - If the item(s) being returned is/are over 30kg in weight OR fragile, we will arrange for a 2 person service to collect. The charge for this is £39.99.
If there was a surcharge on your original delivery (due to additional transport costs), we’ll have to apply a similar charge to your collection. This will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of collection.
If you are exchanging an unwanted item, you will also be required to pay the delivery cost of your new item.
